It is mainly operational in the public sector and local government. It is driven by Peter Nkaiseng, who is the sole share-holder and director. Decades of experience as an employment law practitioner defined this project. The experience is drawn from lecturing labour law at universities, presenting refresher courses to attorneys on behalf of the Law Societies of South Africa, presiding over national football disputes, conducting workshops, initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings, CCMA representations, bargaining council representations as well as labour court appearances. A number of litigation matters handled by Peter Nkaiseng are reported in the law reports. The brand is intended to provide quality services in quick turnaround times.
